Steven's Chicken Chop @ Damansara Uptown

Since young, I have been patronizing the same shop whenever I have the "chicken chop" cravings. It's not in a restaurant, nor in a shop lot, but it's in an open food court situated in Damansara Uptown. I remember those days where a plate of a sinful chicken chop would cost RM6.50 but right now, that same plate of chicken chop costs RM12/RM13. Fred not, it is still a satisfying plate of chicken chop. Besides chicken chop, they do sell grilled chicken, lamb, and beef. All I can say is that if you have not try this out, you MUST. The only down side to it is that : - the environment is filled with mosquito. I wouldn't mind (as the food do come quickly), but to those that mind, perhaps you could pack the food back home. But do bear in mind, if you choose to pack it back home, it may be soggy. Directions to the place :- 1. Head to Damansara Uptown (if you have no idea where that is, popular shops such as Village Park Nasi Lemak, Every Sundae, A Pie Thing, Damansar...

Universal Italian Restaurant; Don Don @ Melbourne

Been out and about, cruising my way through Melbourne town.. Yet again, another food post in Melbourne.  UNIVERSAL ITALIAN RESTAURANT If any of you have been to Melbourne, you would probably know the "Little Italy" in Melbourne. Or rather "Italian Street" that some may call it. It's basically a whole street of Italian restaurants, ranging from reasonable price up until high-end price. It's the street where you would find managers/owners of the restaurant, stepping outside their very own restaurant, trying to lure you into their restaurant. Three years in Melbourne, I have walked that street many times, and I have tried several Italian restaurants along that street. However, I still find Universal Italian Restaurant more to my liking, and it was much reasonable compared to the others.  Reason why I love Universal Italian Restaurant is because of its Chicken Schnitzel. I find that no other place has done its glory as great as Universal's. For s...

Riblee's @ Desa Sri Hartamas

Before I begin rambling about Riblee's, let's be honest here.. I have never heard of this restaurant not until I browsed through Groupon Malaysia. Groupon is an amazing platform to get to know any restaurant (from a diner perspective), and also a great platform for small restaurants to get known in the eateries market. I always seem to be spending my free time looking at Groupon, in hopes to pick up some great deals. Nevertheless, Riblee's full rack pork ribs, offered at RM 55 caught my attention right away. I was contemplating whether to purchase the voucher as I have never heard of this restaurant. But fred not, Google is always there to help me decide. Having Google-d the restaurant, it appears to be quite popular with recommendation on TripAdvisor too. So, I thought to myself... in just few seconds... BAM! Bought it straight away! Riblee's has been operating close to 8 years with a year in Taman Megah, which they then moved to Desa Sri Hartamas thereafter. The...
